MyKad - the fine

This is a stupid move by the government. Charging only RM 10 fine for a kad which consumes another RM 18.60 of government's budget. According to statistics, we have another 900,000 citizens without MyKad. What's the purpose of charging a fine when ppl don't feel the pinch. Ignorance is not bliss in this case. It's lack of responsiblity and they should be punished. Forget the poor. Everyone had ample time to at least come out one day and do their MyKad. This is why Malaysian are a bunch of ignorant ppl. They are utilizing the government's " kesian" attitude. [+more]
