TALK - losing fat
Went for a talk last Thursday with mom in Crown Central PJ.Had to drive her that, not because I was interested the slightest bit !!! The talk was about how u can lose fat thus making ur body look slim.Interesting. Ummm... Few things i picked up at the talk ;
1.the food u can eat raw is save and good - meat,vege,fruit and bla bla bla
2.food which is processed is bad - rice, bread, sugar (carbo)
3.food like cheese and oil is good
4.butter makes a good fat blocker.it cover the stomach and reduces absorbation.Cool eh...It seems beer drinkers do this to avoid getting drunk fast.Amazing fact.
5.soya is bad.latest studies proves it.

Futsal
Been playing every Monday with my cousin and his frens. Today i'll be playing my 2nd last game b4 heading to Uni.Damm it..so fast holiday finishing. Hoping to score a few wonder goals.I'm more of an defensive player.Same mould as Gattuso and Keane. Hahaha..Me perasan case !!

Friday Party out -with family
An even more sad case.Which 20 year old guy goes out with his family to Waikiki's. OMG. Fucked !! ANyway it wasn't just my dad and mom and sis. It was my aunties, cousins and even my own grandma !! She was parttttiiiingggg baaabeeh !
Too malas to dance since everyone was asking, the mind automaticly blocks request.Even i dun't know why.Balik rumah kena hentam coz memalukan keluarga !! Waaahhhh..**sob**sob** where got such thing people don't dance memalukan family.People dunno how to dance and try dancing - is memalukan diri.Me know how to dance duwan to dance is mamalukan family.Where got fair ? Hentaman after hentaman my mother kasi me.

The lasest new hitting town is the ammount of money wasted on 'beautifying' bulatans around Malaysia.From largest teaport to pokok kaktus to some umbrella to some ugly shits are the talk the majlis perbandaran of kawasan masing masing. Wasting money.Actually not wasting - separuh masuk poket.That's pencurian.Tax payers money only going missing.My dad's money actually.WTF ? Then ask us to pay tax on time.Bullshit.The government is not corrupted.The people around it is.
