malaysian policd force sucks..big time !!

got a notice or saman for parking my car on the shoulder of the road. bloody hell.this police officers got no other work.end of the month just for the quota sake they go around samaning people.wat is wrong with them la...malaysia police...iisshh... !! decided to browse thru their site in order to get some insight regarding the notice/saman. it's sucks and they only provide it in MALAY.for heaven's sake, grow up.the is the era of IT and the usage of english is most welcomed.it's not some kind of desease neither does it hurt to actually display a site in english.what would the foreigners think of our local police force ? piece of BULLSHIT !!
